  Could not be more disappointed. Complain to manager about the lack of customer service and get disrespected by him also. No wonder the staff is rude, they follow their leader. I will never go back. If the next telsta shop isn't any better, I will go to Optus.

  To those reviewers commenting about them never picking up their phone, I completely agree. I called three times and the phone always rang out. I expected this from reading the other reviews. Odd, but obviously that's their business practice at most stores from what I see via Google reviews.

  TELSTRA ANSWER YOU'RE PHONE!!!! I have been calling the shop in willows for day's now. No answer at all. No message bank. Wanting to make an appointment to get on a plan. To avoid going into the shop and to be told to come back in an hr. Then once you come back you seem to be waiting for ever. I can't win either way.

  I dropped a star for their unhelpful phone practices. At the very least they could have a phone message directing people to making a booking online, or even the general Telstra helpline number.

  I ended up with a booking on the Saturday, to sort out some potentially messy account issues with changing accounts, changing the bundle, and changing a phone sim etc. We had been allocated Archie at the Willows store and I have to give him five stars for his professionalism and warmth. Everything was handled very smoothly and quickly, with every question answered satisfactorily.

  Disgraceful service. Absolutely no communication. Literally the worst telecommunications experience out of any company. Horrendous. The staff are rude and do not care at all. Utter disgrace.

  - book in for an appointment at your chosen store. You access the booking button via the store page online. BUT whilst I was able to make a booking for the Saturday it was not possible for the Sunday.
