  My wife and I get most of our eBay purchased sent to there via parcel collect service and the staff always know us by name. Yes there is a wait in store but that goes for any Auspost store... a result of staff cuts so not their fault. Have always found the staff very warm and professional... always willing to go above and beyond in terms of customer service

  Terrible. How hard is it to have a contact number for the actual store. Not everyone can stay on hold to a general number

  Exasperating... I just want to know what " in transit at Thuringowa central" means - is it at the post office, is it with the postman ? 2.24pm, 2.25, 2.26, 2.27, 2.28, 2.29, 2.30 So I go to the website, ring up and I still have to go to the Post Office

  I have never been into this post office without having to wait in a line out the door. Overall it seems to be too small of a post office for its location.
