    Just remember kids. Getting your licence is a privilege not a right. So you should feel privileged to wait in line for at least half an hour to talk to a real live human public servant.

    In the info for learners or any licence they should provide a document on what you require and also they should extend their time to 5pm, since it's unfortunate for school kids who want to get their license but can't because school finishes late and other problems
