  Came to Australia in 2010, was looking for an optometrist to get my eyes checked. Recognized Specsavers in Willows and I had nothing less than fantastic service. Always looked after, had prescription glasses done, diagnosed with diabetes in 2013 and needed to go back and get my prescription done again a week after. They gave me NEW glasses (2 pairs) replacing the originals for no extra cost. The sad thing is I moved to NSW and couldn't take them with me. Keep up the good work!

  We brought some glasses from domain spec savers unfortunately we were not heading out that way otherwise we would have gone back to them. My husbands arm of the glssses came off the frame and we just wanted to get them repaired but we were told that we didn't buy them from there and that they do not honour domains spec savers products as she advised that they were like most franchises. They made us feel like we had brought the glasses from another company even thought they were in a case from spec savers. I asked her to call domain and they verified that we did purchase them from spec savers, which she did begrudgingly. The red head lady that serviced us was very unhelpful. I must say thank you again as because of her really bad attitude we had impeccable service from mister minute willows.

  Only the best service at the Willows store! Went there the other week chasing some new specs and had such a lovely experience. The staff were friendly and the optometrist was absolutely fantastic, definitely knew his stuff, my glasses work a treat! Will be returning next year when my health fund resets.

  I had gone to the Willows store for years. Even when I lived 600km out west, I'd make the trip to Townsville regularly & deal only with this store. But my last visit was really unpleasant. The sales girl who did my initial tests was just not nice at all & seemed inconvenienced by my appointment. The optometrist was rushed & reduced my prescription that had been constant for 3 years and refused to explain to me why it had suddenly gotten better? He gave me a trial of a new brand of contact lenses to try while walking around the centre & he didn't want to listen to me when I tried to explain that firstly, I couldn't see clearly out of the eye he reduced the prescription & secondly this new lense wasn't a good fit & flopped around in my eyes when I blinked. I've worn contacts for 16 years & was fairly confident I had half a clue about my eyes & lenses. I made an official complaint & received an apology from the Store Manager, but haven't been back to a Specsavers store since then as this left such a poor taste.
