  This place has the absolute worst customer service I have experienced anywhere in world. I was trying to clean bugs off my windscreen with a cloth that I purchased from their vending machine. The women proceeded to tell me that there was no hand washing allowed. I said that I was just getting bugs off the windscreen that the brush wouldn't get. She stood her ground and the altercation ended up with her shutting off the wash so that we couldn't wash the soap from our brand new car. If I could give zero stars I would. If you can go elsewhere please do. Establishments like this don't deserve our money.

  The one star is for the service provided by the woman who runs it, as the car wash facilities themselves are ok. My wife was washing the car with the soap as I followed her around with a microfiber glove, mostly to remove stubborn bits that would not be moved with their equipment. The woman approached me and told me no gloves allowed. I understand the general reason for this, they don’t want their equipment idle while someone cleans by hand. But as I explained to her, my wife was cleaning with their equipment, while I was removing stubborn stains such as some bird poop that would not come off and I showed that to her. She stuck to her “I’m sorry but no gloves allowed”. I again pointed to the stubborn bit and told her that her equipment will not remove that and hence I will glove it off while my wife continues to use the soap gun. Nope, she would not use common sense and I had to stop.

  This is terrible service; she must own the business as I would not think an owner would allow such bad service to continue from an employee. From other reviews this is standard behaviour so I will go elsewhere in future.

  Terrible setup, staff don't allow proper queuing... Went from second car to pull in, 4th to get a go...

  Good car wash... When using the auto wash go slow at the start so your undercarage gets a good wash
